Return policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
A Return and Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. When returning or exchanging items, customers must use a shipping method that provides tracking information.
Note: Exceptions/Non-Returnable ItemsCertain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (e.g. food, flowers or plants), custom items (e.g. special orders or personalized items) and personal care items (e.g. beauty products) . We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have any questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on special offers or gift cards.
B General Return Process
To initiate a return, you can contact us at [email protected]. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without a prior request for return will not be accepted.
C Return Shipping Fees
If the return is due to our problem (e.g. incorrect product, product quality issue), we will provide you with a full refund; if the return is due to the buyer's problem (e.g. didn't like/wanted the item, ordered the wrong product/size), the buyer shall pay the shipping costs. No re-stocking fee will be charged to the consumer for returned products.
D Refunds
We will notify you upon receipt and inspection of your return and advise you if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded within 10 business days by the original method of payment. Please keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
Note: If you have not received your refund within 15 business days, please check your bank account again at [email protected]. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take a while before a refund is officially posted. If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at the service email address written here on the website. Please note: We do not refund our original shipping charges.
E Order Cancellation
If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment is complete and the package has not been shipped, you may cancel your order before your item is delivered. We will refund your money in full. Packages are shipped and orders cannot be cancelled.
F Damages and problems
Please check your order when you receive it. If the item is defective, damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
G Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, once the return isaccepted, please purchase the new item separately.
H EU 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if an item is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without just cause. As stated above, your merchandise must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
