A Shipping Policy
We value each and every one of our customers. Our top priority is to ensure that items are delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. Typically, you will receive your order within 14 to 17 business days from the date you place your order.
B Order Processing Time: Once you make your purchase , our fulfillment center will process your order immediately so that your equipment can be delivered as soon as possible. Packing to delivery shipping may take up to 1-2 business days. Our warehouse is only open during standard business hours, Monday through Saturday, excluding holidays.
C Shipping Time
This is the time it takes for an item to be shipped from the U.S. warehouse to its destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, items typically take 13 to 15 business days to reach their destination.
Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time = (Processing time varies depending on the item you are purchasing.)
Orders usually ship within 24 hours. (Monday through Friday) Use USPS or UPS FedEx and DHL.
D Fees
All orders are shipped free of charge.
E Shipment Confirmation.
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Shipping Delays.
Shipping time is estimated from the ship date, not the order date, and may take longer than the expected date due to invalid addresses, customs clearance procedures, or other reasons.
F Order Cancellation
If you contact us promptly after your purchase, we can cancel your order for you. If your payment is complete and the package is not shipped, you may cancel your order before your item is delivered. We will refund your money in full. Packages are shipped and orders cannot be cancelled.

If you have successfully placed an order but have not received it when the tracking status shows that it has been delivered.
